WHAT PANEL BAR SPACING DO I NEED FOR MY DOG ?

This depends on the size and temperament of your dog. The general rule is the bigger your dog, the bigger the bar spacings, and the smaller your dog, the smaller the bar spacings. However dogs which are more likely to chew or that are aggressive then we would recommend the mesh panels.

DO I REQUIRE A CONCRETE BASE FOR THE TIMBER HOUSING RANGE ?

Ideally yes, because of the nature of the building everything has to be square and alligned correctly to enable correct assembly of the product to ensure that you can maximise full use of your dogs ‘’new home’’

WHAT TOOLS OR ACCESSORIES DO I NEED TO SET UP A GALVANISED PANEL RUN ?

In most cases a 13mm spanner or adjustable will suffice to bolt the run together.

CAN I CHOOSE A DELIVERY DAY FOR MY PRODUCT ?

Yes in most cases you can decide what day your product is delivered to your door.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS OUT OF STOCK ?

We would notify you immediately, however we endeavour to carry all products  in stock.

WHEN DO I PAY FOR MY GOODS?

Unlike other suppliers that will require payment upon placing the order we only require payment prior to despatch of goods

Yes all products can be returned except bespoke orders, However carriage remains payable .
